Wondering what it's like to work with me? Check out what my former colleagues and mentors have had to say over the years.

I have had the pleasure of working with Emily closely over the last five years, and her dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence have consistently impressed me.

I had the privilege of working with Emily at T-Mobile, where I currently serve as Sr. Creative Development Manager, and she was a Copywriter. Our collaboration was particularly noteworthy during the Metro's 2023 brand campaign redesign “Nada Yada Yada.” Emily seamlessly adapted her writing style to match the required tone and voice—all on a tight timeline—and her collaboration with the Metro design team was exemplary. One of Emily's outstanding qualities is her ability to learn quickly and gracefully accept feedback. She demonstrated an innate capacity to absorb new information and apply it effectively to her work, resulting in consistently high-quality content. This adaptability and her commitment to continuous improvement have been constants throughout her career.

My first interaction with Emily was at The Pitch in 2019, where I served as her Digital Editor while she held the position of Staff Writer. Even then, her curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability stood out prominently. These traits have not only defined her personal growth but have also been instrumental in her professional development. From there, Emily and I continued to work together when she joined Catcall—a digital magazine—in 2019, where Emily serves as the Managing Editor, and I am the Editor-in-Chief. In this role, Emily demonstrates exceptional leadership and editorial skills. We oversee a team of eight staff members and a roster of freelance contributors. Emily’s responsibilities include editing stories on a weekly basis, contributing to our social media and marketing efforts, and providing valuable support to team members during brainstorming sessions.
